If you would like to be added to the waiting list for the forthcoming season, please send an email to the Membership secretary with your details. We run U7, U9, U11, U13, U15 and U17 age-groups. The size of each group is limited and priority is given to members renewing from the previous season.

The U11 fixtures (both friendly and league) commence in May and are played on weekday evenings. The U13s also commence in May, and matches are usually played on a Sunday morning. U15 and U17 matches are played on Monday evenings; the U15s play throughout May and June, with the U17s playing in July and early August. We will continue to charge a £2 match fee per player per game for all junior teams.
U15s and U17s will also be welcome to attend Senior coaching evenings which are usually held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. If you plan to attend, please check the times and arrangements beforehand.
Due to several limiting factors (pitch space/number of coaches etc), we will continue to restrict our membership numbers. Priority will be given to those with 2015 membership. We continue to maintain a managed waiting list for prospective junior members. For existing members and those who have received membership forms, forms and membership payment must be received by SATURDAY 12th MARCH 2016 to guarantee your child’s place. After this date we will be considering admitting new members from the waiting list. If you would like to add your child’s name to our waiting list please email the Membership secretary, giving your child’s name, Date of Birth and a contact telephone number.
We welcome parents to all training and competitions and we value your support. We are keen to try and involve parents in the activities of the Club. If there is some activity or function you feel you would like to contribute to please contact the Chairman, Dave Freeman
Arrangements should be made for your child to travel to and from training sessions and matches. We appreciate it, if children can arrive promptly and are collected promptly at the end of the session. Parents of U8s MUST stay and observe their children during training sessions. Parents of all children up to and including U15s are responsible for supervising their children from the stated closing time of the training sessions. If you are going to be late picking your child up, please contact the relevant Youth Manager and let them know. The Tew Centre’s telephone number is 01608 683896.
The minimum Club ‘kit’ required for training sessions is trainers and a warm top for after-practice. Also for U11s and above: jockstrap or box-briefs, cricket box and cricket trousers or tracksuit bottoms. When the warmer weather finally arrives, it is also advisable to wear a cap, sun cream and bring a water bottle. The cost of each training session is included in the membership fee.
For the safety of your child it is important that the Club is informed of any changes in contact details or medical information. If you would like to talk to someone about this information or your child’s involvement with the Club, please contact the Club Welfare officer, Joe Hummer.
Finally, we will also be running our Summer Holiday Academy during weeks in July and August. Details will be available in due course.
We look forward to seeing you again this summer.
