GLTCC go to Lord's

A truly memorable day shared by all that attended from GLTCC. The cricket was probably a game to forget. We lost by 10 wickets to the worthy winners, Woodhouse Grange CC.

Most importantly, the day will be remembered as a "club day". The five hundred strong travelling Tew supporters filled the Lord's stadium in voice, if not by numbers.

Many at the club, realised they had achieved a dream, witnessing the GLTCC flag flying high above the home changing room at Lord's. The day was not so much about the cricket, but more about our cricket club.

Well done everyone. Words cannot describe what a fantastic achievement it has been.

Next year? Maybe ..just maybe.
